For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me. I was in prison and you came to visit me.

Lake Area Shared Ministries (LASM) is a non-profit organization located in Southern Hunt County. Our mission statement is as follows: “In recognition of GOD’s concern for those in need, we help Hunt County residents who need assistance feeding themselves and/or their families.”
Simply put - We must have donations to survive. Every dollar donated to LASM will enable our volunteers to acquire 7 lbs of food through our partner The North Texas Food Bank. A $60 donation to LASM will allow us to purchase enough food to feed a family of 4 for one month. Please hit the donate button above and donate to help our ministry.
